Niiza Kosodate Network is a leading non-profit organization (NPO) based in Niiza City, Saitama, Japan.
Since our inception in 1999, we have been dedicated to enhancing the environment for child-rearing and family education, contributing to the development of the next generation.
Established: 1999 (Incorporated in 2003)
Mission: To improve child-rearing environments by fostering collaboration between families, community members, and professional institutions.
Staff: 50 members
Facilities: 5 locations (3 Child-rearing Support Centers, 2 Children’s Centers)
We provide on-the-ground insights to national and regional committees (Cabinet Office, MHLW, etc.), contributing to the conceptual formation of Japan's child-rearing support policies.
Our signature program solves parental isolation through mutual childcare. Over 80,000 parents and children have participated, and the model has been adopted by 105 organizations nationwide.
